Bienvenue à Ma Maison

Some shops are built. This one was lived.

My love for beautiful things didn't start in France. It started at my mother's table. She was the kind of woman who knew that the right plate, the perfect linen, a candle in the right place could turn an ordinary Tuesday into something worth remembering. She taught me that a beautifully set table is an act of love — and her mother before her knew it too. That inheritance lives in every piece I choose. Saltwater Maison is my love letter to them, to France, and to everyone who believes that surrounding yourself with beautiful things is never frivolous, it's how we make the ordinary feel extraordinary.

I'm a girl raised on the East Coast, now living in the San Diego sunshine — and somewhere along the way, I left a piece of my heart in the French countryside. That piece was forever sealed on the day I married in France, surrounded by lavender, stone walls, and the kind of beauty that changes you quietly and completely.

Saltwater Maison was born from all of it.

From lazy Maine summers and Ralph Lauren linen to long afternoons wandering the markets of Aix-en-Provence, this shop is a reflection of the life I've always loved. Collected slowly, chosen with intention, and brought to you with a whole lot of joie de vivre.

Every piece here has been handpicked with a discerning eye and an open heart. A piece of jasperware that once graced a proper sideboard. A vintage French postcard that crossed the Atlantic. A sun-bleached linen with someone's grandmother's monogram. Antique dishware too beautiful to put away. Each find carries its own quiet story and is now ready to begin its next chapter in your home.

This is for the girl who summers in Maine and dreams of Provence. For the one who has wandered a French market at dawn and never quite recovered.

For anyone who believes that a beautiful life is built one beautiful object at a time.

Welcome to my maison. I hope it feels a little like yours. 🌊
